This is Cara.  She died in August of 2005 at seven months old of a congenital heart condition.  She was a sweet little girl.

 This is Max at about 12 weeks old and at almost 13 years old.  He died in November of 2010 at age 13 1/2  of lymphoma.  He was the best, most loyal friend that anyone could ever want.  He ran with me daily and trained with me for at least 6 marathons.  I never had to put him behind a fence.  He didn't want to be that far from me.  He never would sleep in a crate, even as a little puppy.   He slept either beside my bed, behind my bed or in my bed every night of his life.  I will miss him always.
